Deposit and Payment

A $1000.00 USD per person for the Panama trip and $750.00 USD for the Costa Rica deposit holds your space until 30 days before trip departure when payment is due in full. If your deposit is by credit card we will process the balance 30 days prior to departure unless you notify us otherwise. Prices are subject to change.

Inclusive Service

You will receive via electronic mail updates, new information, a list of things to bring, a list of all activities, meals and additional services in the trip cost.

Not Included

Airfare, airport taxes, gratuities to guide staff, including hotel staff, restaurant staff, insurance of any kind, alcoholic beverage, medical cost, cost of hospitalization, evacuation by plane, helicopter or any other means that are not covered in the trip.

Cancellation

CanTico spends a significant amount of the trip expense, which is committed long before departure. These funds are needed to secure hotel reservations amongst other services. If you need to cancel, at the time we receive a written notice of cancellation the following fees will apply. All dates are from departure dates and involve only land cost;

PANAMA San Blas Islands

  1. From time of reservation until 90 days prior to departure $400.00 USD
  2. From time of reservation until 60 days prior to departure $1000.00 USD
  3. From time of reservation until 30 days prior to departure $1500.00 USD
  4. Less than 30 days 100 % of land cost for the trip.

COSTA RICA Golfo Dulce

  1. From time of reservation until 90 days prior to departure $300.00 USD
  2. From time of reservation until 60 days prior to departure $800.00 USD
  3. From time of reservation until 30 days prior to departure $1000.00 USD
  4. Less than 30 days 100 % of land cost for the trip
